What is your average report turnaround time?
Report times vary depending on the type of report, the experts we have available and the requirements for each individual case. The standard time frame for our Limited Screening reports is 2-4 weeks. A full liability report will typically be submitted within 8 – 10 weeks. We are renowned for meeting deadlines. If you require an urgent report or are working on a limited time frame, we will strive to accommodate you and do all we can to meet your needs. This will be subject to expert availability.
What is the expert's Claimant/Defendant Split?
We are dedicated to ensuring that our experts carry out exemplary professional practice, remaining independent, impartial and objective. We maintain as close to a 50/50 split as is possible and strive to ensure this is also the case for each of our associates. How much will a report cost?
On response to your enquiry, we will provide a copy of our fee schedule. We will then liaise with you to discuss your personal requirements and any other determining factors. For example, the volume of records to be reviewed, the number of allegations and travel costs to the location of the Claimant. We take all of this information into account before preparing a detailed fee estimate that is specific to each case to ensure that both parties are satisfied.
