Questions

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we get asked by our clients when approaching us for an Expert Witness.

Yes. We are happy to discuss probable fees and are able to provide upfront fee estimates for all initial reports and assessments. Once an estimate is agreed by you, we would not charge a fee which exceeds the estimate, unless agreed in advance by you. Our Limited Screening Reports work on a fixed fee basis and we will provide a copy of our terms and standard fees upon responding to your initial enquiry.

To ensure that we can help our clients in the most effective and efficient way, we will ask you to provide as much information about your case as possible. This helps us to help you –as we can make sure that our expert’s clinical background is well suited to your individual case. This also allows us to check for any potential conflicts of interest ahead of time. Having this information enables us to calculate the most accurate fee estimate for your case to ensure cost-effectiveness for both parties.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our experts carry out exemplary professional practise, remaining independent, impartial, and objective. We maintain as close to a 50/50 split as is possible and strive to ensure this is also the case for each of our associates. To find out more about a specific expert's Claimant/Defendant split, do not hesitate to contact our team.
