Sylwia Szarwark
Midwifery
Since 2009 I have been working at one of the largest hospitals in the UK, a level 3 tertiary hospital with 6,500 births annually, where I gained extensive experience in managing complex cases and ensuring high-quality care for mothers and babies.
In addition to my clinical expertise, I have significant experience in healthcare governance. As part of the governance team, I investigated moderate and serious clinical incidents, conducted root cause analyses, and authored detailed reports aimed at improving patient safety and care standards.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
My speciality is midwifery care
