I am a nursing leader with extensive experience in strategic, operational management, patient safety and governance planning, including report writing and investigations for serious incidence. I am passionate about driving high standards in patient care, governance, and safety, demonstrated through a career of delivering and supporting change through transformational leadership. I have broad nursing experience across the acute health sector. Implementation of Emergency Surgical ambulatory pathway and innovative ERAS pathways. I am an effective communicator with dynamic negotiation skills, constantly striving for improvements and delivering transformational change where appropriate.
I am currently Head of Clinical Services and have extensive knowledge of surgical nursing. I have also worked in gastroenterology and other areas during my many years of nursing experience.
I am an experienced Expert Witness and have developed my skills exponentially since working with GMS and Associates.
